A customer can opt for return :-

• If anyone has received wrong stuff.

• Items not similar to description.

• Grade of the item not matching to description.

• The return policy will only be applicable within 5 days of shipment delivered. the shipping charges would be bared by seller if its his mistake or else the customer has to bare the shipping charges 

• Once the return shipment arrives, after all verification’s the refund would be carried out. 

NOTE : IF THERE IS ANY TYPE OF TAMPERING ON PACKET, THE CUSTOMER MUST DENY TO ACCEPT THE PARCEL FROM COURIER PARTNER/ POST PERSON. ( ONCE THE PARCEL COMES TO US WE WOULD REFUND THE AMOUNT OR CAN BE CREDITED TO NEXT INVOICE)
